general office. With a proven design, the HP Color LaserJet
5550 printer series is the perfect blend of reliability and
performance for a total business color printing experience.
HP's in-line color printing gives you professional
wide-format (A3) color documents at the speed of black and
white documents - up to 28 ppm A4 (27 ppm letter) for a
typical office document. An inductive heat fuser virtually
eliminates warm-up time and produces fast first page out of
up to 16.5 seconds while consuming less energy and causing
less wear and tear on the engine. Innovative HP ImageREt
3600 suite of technologies automatically provides
professional high-quality color documents and images that
are consistent throughout and includes image enhancements,
HP Smart printing supplies, high-resolution imaging and
press options such as SWOP, Euroscale and DIC. Handle heavy
custom media up to 200 g/m2 (53 lb bond) with the 100-sheet
multipurpose tray. The LaserJet 5550dtn includes one fixed
500-sheet input tray and and one stackable 500-sheet input
tray for a standard input capacity of 1,100 sheets of up to
A3 or tabloid size media. Two more optional 500-sheet can be
added boosting the total input capacity to 2,100 sheets. And
the automatic two-sided printing unit lets you print on both
sides easily. With a duty cycle of up to 120, 000 pages per
month, this device is built to stand up to the demands of
today's fast-paced business environment and keeps
intervention rates low. |

repair for all printers

If you
need on-site repair or general service on your printer give us a call. It
is not always possible to give you the exact labor & parts cost to affect
the repair. We can however, give a good professional opinion of what the
total repair will cost. Please be advised that we do not charge travel time,
however it is necessary to charge a modest mileage rate. |
|
|
Labor warranty is for a period of 90 days when perform as we
specify. Parts warranty is for 1 year for new parts & 6 month for
remanufactured printer parts (if applicable).

Maintenance Agreement |
| |
|
We are trained technicians to repair HP LaserJet LaserJet printers. We
provide fast on-site response in Indiana, Kentucky, Western Ohio and
Tennessee. |

Maintenance Support Agreement |
| |
| An annual Maintenance Support Agreement governs the servicing of
equipment to ensure it is maintained according to manufacturer's
operating standards. |
| |
|
We
lock you in your price for 3-years. The maintenance agreement is for one
year. Some companies will bid the contract low and then the next year
increase the price 10-15 %. Our prices will stay the same for 3-years. Some
companies also exclude maintenance kits and other parts and don't tell you
until after you have signed the agreement. Our agreements include all parts
and labor. |
