If you
need on-site repair or general service on your printer give us a call. It
is not always possible to give you the exact labor & parts cost to affect
the repair. We can however, give a good professional opinion of what the
total repair will cost. Please be advised that we do not charge travel time,
however it is necessary to charge a modest mileage rate. |

Labor warranty is for a period of 90 days when perform as we
specify. Parts warranty is for 1 year for new parts & 6 month for
remanufactured printer parts (if applicable).

Maintenance Agreement |
|
We are trained technicians to repair HP LaserJet LaserJet printers. We
provide fast on-site response in Indiana, Kentucky, Western Ohio and
Tennessee. |

Maintenance Support Agreement |
|
An annual Maintenance Support Agreement governs the servicing of
equipment to ensure it is maintained according to manufacturer's
operating standards. |
|

We
lock you in your price for 3-years. The maintenance agreement is for one
year. Some companies will bid the contract low and then the next year
increase the price 10 or 15%. Our prices will stay the same for 3-years. Some
companies also exclude maintenance kits and other parts and don't tell you
until after you have signed the agreement. Our agreements include all parts
and labor. |
